The plans were refined in 2007 and incorporated numerous suggestions by the community, including:

- creating a truck access drive off Idaho, separate from customer access off Newark
- adding a central public greenspace
- providing additional vehicular and pedestrian access points
- placing second floor commercial space back into the development

Other enhancements included the incorporation of housing above the retail shops south of Newark Street, and creation of roof-top amenity space for all residents.
