Current Plan


The current plan reflects the cumulative community input gathered throughout the planning process (See "Community Process" for the project's history.)

Some specific differences from the prior plan include:
- creation of integral parking for townhouses
- addition of a new public greenspace on Idaho
- movement of the central public space from the middle of Newark to the north side
- decrease in building mass along the north side of Newark
- addition of an Affordable Housing component
- increase in the number of residential parking spaces
