Traffic is of concern to everyone: neighbors, workers, shoppers, and those just passing
through the area. Giant's goal is to understand where the problems are today, what the impact of the proposed development will be and how to best address those impacts.
To that end, Wells & Associates, of McLean, Virginia, has been hired to prepare a traffic study that looks at these issues. The scope of this study, and some highlights, are attached.
